Our Mission:
Restore hope.
Our goal is to help alleviate the suffering of Indonesia’s poor and needy, as well as victims of natural disasters, by implementing projects and programs that both strengthen and transform their communities.
Our goal is to help alleviate the suffering of Indonesia’s poor and needy, as well as victims of natural disasters, by implementing projects and programs that both strengthen and transform their communities.
From food distribution, health projects, education, and job creation, to responding to natural disasters with food, supplies, and necessities, Indonesian Relief has brought impact and hope to many in need.
Over 700 containers have been shipped overseas between 1998-2010, delivering food, supplies, and more.
Since 1998, Indonesian Relief has been dedicated to serving and reaching those in need through humanitarian aid.
Each week more than 10,000 children are impacted through our free after school programs in low income communities.
Our vision has always been to impact nations, reaching out to those in need and sharing the love of Jesus. God has opened up many doors for us to reach out to the communities of Indonesia, resulting in the start of several programs that continue to thrive today. It is our joy to serve these communities and see lives changed and transformed.
Surabaya Children Center (SCC) is our orphanage project in Surabaya, Indonesia. Working with Homes of Hope International, SCC currently serves 24 residence children. Each of these precious children come from difficult backgrounds, growing up with horrible past experience. Through SCC, these children have found a loving home.
Terang Surabaya (Light of Surabaya) is an after school academic tutoring program established in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia. The government of Indonesia has improved in funding public schools and providing free tuition. However, the number of government funded public schools are not sufficient to cover academic needs for all of Indonesia.
Sekolah Kristen Kasih Bangsa (SKKB), Love of a Nation Christian School, has been running for 9 years. We have kinder and elementary classes, hosting 110 students total today.
